Murtabak roti

Sekarang musim malas gitu terus kasi collage and post kat instagram. Lolx

Anyway here goes

Bread cheezy beef mutabak

Ingredients;
1 loaf of Square bread cut 4
1-2 big white onion diced
4 cloves garlic
1/2" ginger sliced/tumbuk
(300g - 500g) minced beef
diced potatoes/carrots/mixed veg -optional
2 sliced red & green chillies
6-8 eggs
1/2 cup fresh milk (cream better)
**sometimes I didnt use at all
1 pack of mozarella cheese (i mix with cheddar)
3-4 tbs olive oil
Salt & sugar to taste
White pepper & Coarse black pepper
Disposable aluminium containers

Prep for beef fillings:
To heated pan add oil and fry;
-diced onions, garlic, chillies, ginger
**sometimes I add sambal/ curry/oyster sauce. (Suka hati aku. kita buat dia~)

Fry till softened then add the beef
Wait for the juices to ooze out make it garing abit then add yr vegetables.
**(optional usually never or just potatoes)

Add peppers , salt and sugar to taste.
(Sometimes I omit salt and sugar totally esp when I use oyster sauce or 1/2 cube knorr chicken stock)

Prep;
Add milk, eggs, wht & blk peppers & mix well

1) Dip the breads in egg mix
(I cut out the boarders) &
Line the base of aluminium **no need to press dwn

2) Spread out the beef fillings
**(Not too thick) & top with cheese

Repeat (1) &(2) till desired height

Finally pour the balance egg mix into the container
Top with lots of cheese

Bake @ 170ºC
(Time depends on how big yr dish is and how thick yr layers are) Approx abt 15-40min
