Banana and cheeze popiah

Ingredients;
2 riped bananas sliced not thick/thin
Frozen Popiah wrapers
Cheese slices - halves
2 egg whites
Olive oil for deep frying

Mtd:
1. On a plate, place a sheet of popiah skin & turn it around so that you are looking at a diamond shape

2. Neatly arrange in the middle of the popiah skin 1 of the cheese (halved) and 4-5 banana slices

3. Fold upwards the bottom point of the popiah skin then fold inwards the left and right points and neatly roll it.

4. brush some egg whites on the end to glue it

5. Deep fry on a medium heat

6. Serve with caramels/ maple syrup
